Ensure all your staff attending Hazmat have a place to stay. Keep in mind hotels will book up fast and are available on a first-come-first-serve basis. They may sell out before the deadline. The Hotel Cut-Off Deadline is May 13, 2025.

Booth Staff Registration

ALL exhibit personnel MUST register to attend. Each exhibiting company receives (based on booth size):

3 exhibitor badges for the 1st 100 SQ FT.
2 additional exhibitor badges for each additional 100 SQ FT.
Exhibitor badges allow access to the General Session and Exhibit Hall Only.

A promo code has been sent to the primary contact, this promo code is required to register for the complimentary badges. A separate promo code was also provided at the same time to register for additional exhibitor and discounted exhibitor conference badges. Didn't receive it? Click here.

Booth Staff Registration Instructions:
Once on the start page:

Either login to your IAFC Helix Account or Create An Account
Scroll to the "Exhibitor - Exhibit Hall and General Session Only" option
Change the quantity to the appropriate number and click Continue
Fill out the demographic information for each registrant and click continue
Click Continue to bypass the PreConference screen
Once on the checkout page, enter your promo code into the "Discount/Promo Code" field to zero out the badge fee
Click Complete Order to complete registration

Booth Staff Housing Instructions:

Once you complete your registrations, use the link in your confirmation email to book hotel rooms within the hotel block.
Please note: The Hilton fills up extremely quickly. We cannot guarantee that everyone will be able to reserve a room within the block. We do not have official overflow hotels for Hazmat 2025 but there are multiple other hotels within the area available for booking
