Self-parking is available at the Hilton Baltimore for a conference-exclusive $30/day. Electrical vehicle charging stations are not available. The maximum vehicle height for the hotel garage is 7'2". Fees may apply for oversized vehicles. Parking is also available at the Marriot Inner Harbor at Camden Yards for $34.00. View additional travel info. Parking rates are set by the Hilton and Marriott and subject to change.
All exhibitors have agreed via their booth contract to the Hazmat 2025 Rules & Regulations.
The ceiling height is 21 ft.
There are no columns near booths in the Hazmat 2025 Exhibit Hall.
Floor covering is NOT required at Hazmat. The exhibit hall ballroom is carpeted.
Each 10’ x 10’ or 10’ x 20’ booth will be set with:
*Island booths of any size do not include drape of ID Signs.
In-line, Corner, Island booths are allowed. Details can be found in the Rules & Regulations. End-Cap booths are NOT permitted.
